These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Galleon, operated by Galleon Entertainment Ltd. By registering an account or using any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the site.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

To register and play at Galleon, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point; access to your account and any pending withdrawals may be suspended until satisfactory verification has been completed.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate or additional accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close the duplicate accounts, void any bonuses associated with them, and withhold any funds derived from activity in breach of this rule.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided at registration and throughout your time with us is accurate and kept up to date. We are not liable for delays or failures arising from inaccurate details you have supplied. You must also keep your login credentials confidential and must not permit any other person to access your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team promptly.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal threshold at Galleon is £20. Withdrawals are processed within 0–24 hours of a request being approved, subject to the completion of any applicable verification checks.

Where a bonus has been credited to your account, wagering requirements apply before any associated funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Free Spins are subject to a 40x playthrough requirement calculated on the combined bonus and Free Spin winnings balance. During any active bonus period, the maximum permitted stake per bet is £5, and the bonus remains valid for 7 days from the date of crediting. Slots contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement; contribution rates for other game types may differ and are set out in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements — for example by placing opposing bets or employing other low-risk staking strategies — constitutes a breach of these terms.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: using automated software or scripts to interact with the site; engaging in collusion with other players; exploiting software errors or technical faults for financial gain; and any form of fraudulent activity. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this nature, we may suspend your account pending investigation, withhold withdrawals, and, where a breach is confirmed, permanently close your account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

We make every reasonable effort to keep the site available and functioning correctly. However, we do not accept liability for losses arising from temporary technical interruptions, scheduled or emergency maintenance periods, or failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Links to third-party services or content are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for the content or practices of any external party.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by a method we consider reasonable, which may include a notice displayed on the site. Your continued use of Galleon following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you have a dispute regarding these terms or any aspect of your account, please contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly.
